5. Customer Feedback and Review Solicitation

Following completion of a service, we may reach out to clients via SMS or email to gather feedback on their experience. This process may include an initial inquiry asking clients to rate their satisfaction.

Based on that response, clients who indicate a high level of satisfaction may receive a follow-up message with a direct link to leave a public review on Google. Clients who indicate lower satisfaction will not receive a review link. Instead, we use their feedback internally to address concerns and improve our service.

Participation in this feedback process is entirely voluntary. You may opt out of all post-service communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us directly at tanner@averocleaning.com.

This feedback process is designed to help us identify and resolve service issues before they escalate, and to ensure that public reviews reflect verified client interactions. We do not compensate clients for leaving reviews.

7. Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
